Smti. Bodeno S. Colo, Secretary, Art & Culture, graced the programme as Special Guest. Welcome address was given by Shri. Teisovikoulie Therie, Deputy Director. The keynote address was delivered by Shri N. Munish Singh, Director, ICCR, Zonal office.

‘Echoing our roots’ , featuring the ‘Pfhesi Kro-u’ performed an array of impressive folk items. The vote of thanks was pronounced by Shri. Kevingulie Tachü, Deputy Director, Art & Culture.
