The office of the District Cultural Officer, Kiphire was established in the year 2017. It is situated at Rest House ward in a rented building. The Office is headed by the District Cultural Officer, the Assistant Research Officer as subordinate officer along with four members of III & IV grade staff. The District Library and District Museum comes under the purview of the District Cultural Office, Kiphire.
The office has conducted various awareness programmes, research and has also collaborated with the District Administration on several events.
