The important annual Programme Committee meeting of NEZCC was held at Shilpgram, Guwahati, on 10/09/2025 under the Chairmanship of Smti. Mama Riba, IAS, Secretary, Arts & Cultural Affairs & Civil Aviation. The meeting was also attended by officers of the Art & Culture Department, Nagaland.
